Basic Usage Questions
1. Press and hold both the '<' and '>' buttons on the base for more than 5 seconds and show the reset device confirmation.
2. Press the '>' button to select 'Reset', followed by pressing 'O' to confirm and restore the base to its factory settings.

Yes, you can reset the target temperature on the Device Base or by using the Typhur app.
The Device Base can work as a temperature screen, a Probe charging case, and a WiFi & Sub-1G bridge. The temperature estimate algorithm is embedded.
No, you don't have to be on WiFi to use the Typhur Sync Gold wireless thermometer. You can use the Device Base and Probes connected by Sub-1G without the Typhur app. However, it is recommended to be on WiFi when using the Typhur app.
Yes, fast charging is supported. The total charging time is less than 3 hours.
You can check the battery levels on the app or on the Device Base screen. The Device Base screen will show the progress of charging.
Yes, Sync Gold series probes meet IPX8 standards and are fully dishwasher-safe.
Individual probes are currently unavailable. However, if there is any issue with your Probe, you can contact our support team and get a proper solution.
Yes. The ambient sensor of Typhur Sync Gold meat thermometer can withstand up to 932℉/500℃. The product will alert you if the temperature exceeds this range for more than 2 minutes.
Yes. With high-temperature resistance (internal temp up to 221°F/105°C and ambient temp up to 932°F/500°C), Typhur Sync Gold series can be used with deep frying.
