1. Use a USB-C cable. 5V/1.5A or higher is recommended.
2. Ensure the charging port is fully dry.
3. Try a different power adapter.
A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
This is normal behavior. The device has an automatic load detection system.
Without load → runs at low speed.
Pressed against grill → switches to full speed.
If the motor stops due to excessive pressure, reduce force slightly. The motor will automatically recover.
This indicates overload protection.
Too much downward pressure was applied.
The system automatically stops to protect the motor.
Reduce pressure and restart the device. It will resume normal operation.
This means high-temperature protection has been triggered.
Motor temperature exceeded the safe limit (~90°C/194℉).
The device will automatically shut down for protection.
Solution:
1. Stop using the device.
2. Let it cool down naturally.
3. Restart by pressing and holding the power button.
During cooling, the LED may remain on. This is normal.
The device provides up to 20 minutes runtime in Power Mode, which is designed for a full grill cleaning session.
If runtime is significantly shorter, ensure:
The device is fully charged with all 4 indicator lights on.
The brush head is not blocked by excessive grease.
