There are two modes available: self-cleaning and deep self-cleaning. The first lasts for approximately one hour, whereas deep self-cleaning lasts around two hours. Note that before self-cleaning, it is suggested to check and clean out any food particles that may have been catalyzed from the cleaning process, and remove them.

White Smoke Solutions
When using the Typhur Dome 2 Air Fryer, encountering white smoke can be easily managed with proper settings and routine maintenance. Below are tailored guidelines for various food types and comprehensive tips for maintaining a clean and efficient air fryer.
Use Bacon mode with a preset temperature of 335°F (170°C) for cooking.
Use the Air Fry mode at 335-350°F (170-175°C) and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Use Wings mode:
- Chicken wings: 390°F (200°C)
- Chicken thighs: 360°F (180°C)
- Select Steak mode and preheat the air fryer.
- During preheating, remove the grill plate and leave the basket empty.
- Wait until preheating is complete before adding food.
- Flip the food once during cooking to ensure even heat distribution.
- If you need to add time or cook a second batch, extend the time before Steak mode ends and skip the preheating.
- After cooking, allow the air fryer to cool completely, then disconnect the power.
- Use a paper towel or damp cloth to wipe the upper heating element to remove any leftover grease and prevent smoke during the next use.
- If white smoke appears within 3-5 minutes of cooking, it's likely caused by leftover oil residue from previous use.
