About the Role
Typhur is hiring an experienced, results-oriented growth marketer to lead our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to lead the company in developing sales and marketing, user and revenue growth strategies that are in line with business goals, mentor and motivate a marketing team to solve complex problems, and bring to life growth initiatives through experimentation and marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies in line with business goals and objectives to drive user acquisition.
  • Lead a high-performing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.
  • Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creatives, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to build campaigns and solutions that drive business growth.
  • Develop messaging, positioning and core content that communicates the value of our product and drives user engagement.
  • Leverage data analysis, user research and experience to test, implement and scale marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Regularly keep the executive team apprised of key findings.
  • Be an industry thought leader and take part in shaping the future of performance marketing roles.
Qualifications
  • Strong ability to drive user and revenue growth in B2C channels utilizing world class leading proficiency in advertising algorithms, search engine ranking and overall awareness and conversion strategy and tactics. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in search and/or advertising algorithm experience.
  • A proven track record of performance optimization, and the ability to lead data analytics and metrics and translate into measurable actions.
  • The ability to understand the highly technical nature of digital user and revenue growth.
  • People leadership experience collaborating with direct teams as well as cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented user acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership presence, capable of influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Consumer product/ hardware industry experience.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition algorithm and media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
  • Expertise in multi-stage demand generation funnels and related technologies including marketing automation and CRM.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills; adept at using data to tell stories and create impact.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a bias to action who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
