About the Role
Typhur is hiring a results-oriented Omnichannel Sales Manager to develop, execute and maintain our retail-focused omnichannel marketing plans and campaigns. This position reports to Typhur's Head of Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have the expertise to drive transaction growth through various sales channels and have a solid background in eCommerce/omnichannel sales development, sales operations, trade marketing and channel marketing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan by market segment, product type and distribution network. Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and sales processes.
  • Own the sales process and guide support and leadership to collaborate and rally around development of innovative solutions to meet or exceed identified sales targets and quotas
  • Responsible directly for Amazon accounts with a keen ability to optimize and drive the channel.
  • Responsible for Costco and other retail channels as they pertain to the brand's growth.
  • Ability to test and optimize strategies on Amazon and other channels in alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Identify, measure and communicate metrics and KPIs. Provide key data to effectively steer and maintain the company's long term growth strategy.
  • Customer journey mapping and a keen ability to understand context at different stages of the funnel.
  • Collaborate with our creative director to maintain brand guidelines across channels.
  • Develop and implement promotional and marketing programs to maximize sales. Create and maintain sales support materials to provide product presentations for retail and events.
  • Support integration of customer and sales data into an ERP system. Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs as needed.
  • Break down silos to provide a seamless, cross-channel shopping experience by keeping the lines of communication open, promoting a culture of openness and collaboration, and ensuring everyone is working towards the same vision.
  • Coordinate with teams who handle technologies, processes, and people, ensuring that they're in sync and able to execute initiatives without a hitch.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Amazon vendor central and seller central.
  • Strong experience with Costco and related retail channels.
  • Keen understanding on logistics and timelines as they pertain to supply chain and retail schedules.
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce retail basics, traffic and conversion drivers, search, the consumer’s path to purchase journey, and omnichannel customer models and fulfillment methods
  • Strong data, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead in ambiguity, a go-getter attitude that seeks solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Creativity, tenacity, a sense of urgency, and a hands-on orientation.
  • Self-driven, curious, independent problem solver with a strong work ethic and high energy. A disruptive thinker who can see opportunities and inspire the team to deliver, but also be an operator who can navigate the organization efficiently and work through any roadblocks that may arise.
  • Highly organized with proven multi-tasking, follow-up ability and project management capabilities.
